“Future HR Leaders” is a business-anchored personal development programme that is a unique blend of outcome-based development and networking for your high-potential HR practitioners who you want, ultimately, to become HR leaders of your organisation. This 6 month programme comprises of a small group (usually 6) of HR high-potentials drawn carefully from different organisations and who come together every 6-10 weeks for an intensive day of coaching, peer challenge and networking; and expertly guided by a facilitator from Oxen Park. These days blend an opportunity for think-time and reflection with a focus on achieving substantive outcomes at a speed which rivals any other development investment.
The client need, to radically shift HR generalists to a very different business partner role as part of a wider HR transformation effort, is very familiar to us and detailed below are our core design principles, plus our content menu. This should be seen as part of a systemic HR transformation effort for the entire HR function.
