Ivan Hickmott

An experienced HR Director (who has fulfilled both Business Partner and COE roles) and who, since 2000, has consulted externally in OD and Change for various business transformation efforts for large/medium sized companies in UK and Europe. This has included a number of HR transformation initiatives where he has acted as “lead” change agent for a global implementation, and has provided change management support and developed HR Business Partner and consulting skills capability in, for example; Ernst & Young and Centrica.

Geoff Booth

An experienced business leader, who moved into HR to be become an Ulrich model practitioner, with over 10 years in senior/executive positions; he held executive HR roles latterly in Financial Service sector. He has lead HR Transformation programmes in corporate and consultancy life with a particular passion and experience of working with HR teams to adapt both a more commercial and a more client-centric approach to their work. He draws on his sales, marketing and customer service experience in business operations to create outcome-focussed and business-led teams. He is a Fellow of CIPD

Rick Emslie

An experienced business leader and expert in Human Asset measurement, he was one of the founding partners of Saratoga, the HR benchmarking and measurement consultancy. He established the HRSS Network and then facilitated its activities for six successful years. Prior to becoming a consultant he was a plc HR Director. He is an Honorary Fellow at the Centre for Performance Led HR at Lancaster University and a Fellow of the CIPD. He is also Executive Deputy Chairman of AdviserPlus.
