Future HR Leaders' Development Programme a success!
Not only has it exceeded our expectations, but also those of the first cohort of participants. The programme improves the personal effectiveness of high potentials by raising their levels of self awareness and self belief through a series of interventions which ensure they practice:
· Coaching
· Giving difficult feedback
· Receiving difficult feedback
These are very challenging skills to master and then develop, but crucial to success in the modern business world.
The programme’s carefully facilitated action learning sets are mixed with communication, learning and resilience profiling exercises. The cohort is also exposed to successful leaders in HR who are willing to share their own learnings, in confidence, with the group.
