A
networking and learning forum in which experienced HR leaders from across the UK and Continental Europe meet to share experiences and strengthen their personal capabilities and their contribution, and that of HR, to the success of their organisations.
The forum is not a large meeting. Numbers are limited and all attendees can expect to contribute by sharing, debating and listening. Richness is achieved through frank and honest exchange in an environment where respect of confidences is paramount. The agenda is set by members and is fully flexible. Each meeting is different. There is just one consistent element - we all learn something new at each meeting!
Spend quality time with your peers from different organisations / sectors ‘‘sharing’’ the reality of being an HR leader. Become part of a superb learning environment that provides support, challenge and space to think. Access provocative speakers and thought leaders. Benefit from high value networking, a deep dive into a hot HR topic and the means to enhance HR effectiveness. Share thoughts and experience on how to proactively influence your own organisation’s HR model and, more importantly, its entire business strategy.
Open to HR leaders who have a passion for running superbly effective HR functions which make a real difference to their business. Your organisation is likely to be large or medium-sized, in the private
or public sector. You may be planning, in the process of implementing or have undergone a transformation to a radically new HR model.
You are likely to have a significant organisation-wide or business unit HR leadership role. You are committed to building HR capability and its contribution to organisational effectiveness.
